I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Simply send us an email to info@lifestyle-electronics.co.za and let us know what would like to change and we will accommodate accordingly. Our typical delivery times are 3 to 7 working days so it is advisable to let us know ASAP.
Where is my order confirmation?
A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email upon confirmation. If registered on our site you can login to check the status or your order at any time.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped as soon you item has arrived from our suppliers if not already in stock This typical takes up to 3 days for receipt of your order. If items are in stock it could as soon as 2 days. Alternatively the standard 3 to 7 working days applies. If an item is going to be out of stock for an extended period of time we will keep in touch with you.
What is your return policy?
Items are returnable inside of the 7 day period for date of receipt. In the event that a item needs to be returned it must accompany all original packaging and be in working order. If an Item is sent incorrectly , we wont hesitate to resend the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect item. If an item is ordered incorrectly a 15% handling fee will be charged.
