Q: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Simply send us an email to info@lifestyle-electronics.co.za and let us know what would like to change and we will accommodate accordingly.
Our typical delivery times are 3 to 7 working days so it is advisable to let us know ASAP.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email upon confirmation. If registered on our site you can login to check the status or your order at any time.
Q: When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped as soon you item has arrived from our suppliers if not already in stock
This typical takes up to 3 days for receipt of your order. If items are in stock it could as soon as 2 days. Alternatively the standard 3 to 7 working days applies. If an item is going to be out of stock for an extended period of time we will keep in touch with you.
Q: What is your return policy?
Items are returnable inside of the 7 day period for date of receipt. In the event that a item needs to be returned it must accompany all original packaging and be in working order.
If an Item is sent incorrectly , we wont hesitate to resend the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect item.
If an item is ordered incorrectly a 15% handling fee will be charged.
